BIO: Sarah Ruddy is a mission-driven, non-profit leader passionate about catalyzing positive change in workforce development that creates equal opportunities for all job seekers and meets crucial business needs. Sarah holds a Master of Social Work in Non-profit Leadership from Boston College and has 10 years of workforce development experience.


Lindsey Thomas, Texas Workforce Commission

BIO: Lindsey Thomas, Regional Business Liaison on the Employer Engagement and Community Engagement team at Texas Workforce Commission. I have been with the agency for over a year and have enjoyed learning about the resources that TWC offers. I am committed to creating positive impact through strategic partnerships and outreach initiatives. My role allows me to build partnerships and help businesses and individuals take advantage of the workforce training grants.
