My core desires are to integrate business practice initiatives and concepts with municipal disciplines and foster opportunities to maintain our “small town” atmosphere with city opportunities.

Profile
I have had the unique opportunity to be part of two very successful startup projects which provided a ground up understanding of business practices from the beginning of my working career. Continental Tool & Hoist in Southern California took me from part time mechanic to leading the sales team and taking the company public. After Continental Tool & Hoist, I had the opportunity to build a worldwide distribution network for Tech Development in Dayton, Ohio, a leader in cold turbine technology and innovation. Our team took the TDI aerospace product and brand to the industrial market sector from zero industry market share to 60% worldwide market share over the course of 15 years. Along the way my wife and I have started and operated several businesses, mainly self-storage, and retired in 2021.
