Flat Creek Estate is an experience-driven destination winery 20 minutes from Cedar Park.  Our culinary team is responsible for creating and executing seasonal menus to pair with a variety of winery offerings from appetizer tastings to casual picnic lunches to 3-course paired wine menus.  The ideal candidate enjoys new challenges and a constant exploration of new recipes and ingredients.  If selected, you will become a member of a small culinary team where you will enjoy ¨owning your kitchen" and ¨showcasing your talents and menu ideas¨.  

The applicant must have strong organizational skills with the ability to organize their space for menu execution.  The ability to be forward-thinking and write menus per assigned deadlines is a strong plus.  Applicants new to menu writing and/or the culinary field should not shy away...our current team members are happy to train ambitious new hires.  Applicant should be available part-time or full-time Thursday through Monday 9am - 8pm (the best hours you´ll find in the culinary field!).
