Responsibilities


Be the first point of contact at VGI Technology.


Answer inbound phone calls and correctly identify best internal resource to assist the customer.


Process inbound sales calls and submit new orders.


Manage office inventory for Security and Wireless operations.


File and organize documents for billing and customer records.


Maintain a friendly, professional attitude with a heavy focus on customer compassion and providing an exceptional experience.


Accept customer payments


Skills


Microsoft Products (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook)


Oracle Netsuite (Not Required)


Organization, Coordination and Scheduling
