Conducting face to face interviews with clients

Preparing complete and accurate tax returns

Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration

Qualifications:

Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing

Solution oriented

Detail oriented

Good time management and organization skills

Proficiency in Microsoft products

Customer Service skills

Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Class
