Detective Scott Dulaney, Marble Falls Police Department
BIO: Detective Dulaney has been working in law enforcement here in the Hill Country for nearly fourteen years. During that time, he has served in numerous roles in the Granite Shoals Police Department as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer and Patrol Sergeant. Following his time with the Granite Shoals Police Department Detective Dulaney served nearly two years with the Burnet County Sheriff's Office and worked as a Field Deputy, Field Training Officer and Mental Health Officer. Since coming to the Marble Falls Police Department Detective Dulaney has served as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Hostage Negotiator, Mental Health Officer and Detective.
Detective Dulaney holds an Advanced Peace Officer License with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE), An Advanced TCOLE Instructor Certificate, is certified by SAFVIC as a Sexual Assault and Family Investigator, a SAFVIC Instructor, and is certified as an Instructor in multiple Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response (ALERRT) disciplines including training Civilian Response to Active Shooter Encounters and Active Attack Integrated Response for First Responders.
Detective Dulaney now concentrates his time in the Criminal Investigations Division working on the many facets of crime within the City of Marble Falls.
Detective Olivia Poston, Marble Falls Police Department
BIO: Detective Olivia Poston serves as a detective with the Marble Falls Police Department, where she investigates a wide variety of crimes. Detective Poston holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Security and Intelligence from Ferris State University.
With a background in both technology and law enforcement, Detective Poston brings a unique perspective to criminal investigations, particularly in areas where digital evidence plays a key role. Detective Poston is passionate about solving complex cases and using intelligence-led strategies to make our community safer.
Outside of work, Detective Poston enjoys hiking, camping, and sight-seeing with her Husband and two Dobermans.
