BIO: Joe Muck is a 2006 graduate of UT Austin with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Joe has been with TxDOT out of college, working in roadway construction and design in various positions with Area and District offices. Joe has been in the Burnet Area Office since 2017, and has been the Burnet Area Engineer for the last 3 years.
