Christian Fletcher, Executive Director, Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation

BIO: Christian has been the Executive Director of the Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation since September 2011. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director of the Marble Falls/Lake LBJ Chamber of Commerce for 5 ½ years. Christian has degrees from Duke and Yale in academic disciplines only divinely connected to economic development. He and his wife, Kathy, are both natives of Marble Falls, and they have two sons, Grant and Keis, who are recent college graduates.

Courtney Wing - President, Highland Lakes Association of Realtors

BIO: Courtney Wing is a Broker Associate with Walker & Associates Real Estate and a third-generation broker in the Highland Lakes. A graduate of Texas A&M University, she moved back to Marble Falls with her husband to raise their two children and continue her family’s tradition of service in real estate.

Courtney earned her real estate license in 2013 and became a licensed Broker in 2019. Graduating from TRLP in 2021, she has been actively involved in the local association for several years. She has served four years on the Budget and Finance Committee, four years as a Director, two years as Secretary/Treasurer, and most recently as President of the Board — a role she is honored to continue.

Her commitment to professionalism, fiscal responsibility, and collaboration reflects her passion for strengthening the real estate community in the Highland Lakes area.
