Join us for a hands-on Gut Health & Sourdough Workshop designed for people who care about their health and want simple, practical solutions. You’ll learn why traditional sourdough is different, how fermentation supports digestion, and how simple, consistent plant-based nutrition plays a foundational role in gut health. Each participant will make a loaf of sourdough to bake at home and receive a portion of a 100+ year old sourdough starter.
