It's time for the Highland Lakes Texas Exes biggest event of the year - the Texas Independence Day BBQ at Spicewood Vineyards! This fabulous event features: (1) The opportunity to visit with many area Texas Exes and friends (2) Savory BBQ prepared by our own pitmaster extraordinaire, Fred Becker, which will include tasty sides and all the fixins (3) Appetizers and desserts (4) Great Spicewood Vineyards wines Don’t miss out on this wonderful traditional event. The BBQ will be served at 7 p.m., following appetizers and a glass of your favorite Spicewood wine for the start of the event beginning at 6 p.m. Should you still have room after the main course, desserts will be provided too! Tickets are available only by using the link below at $40 per person. No tickets will be available at the door - and entry is limited to the first 80 who secure tickets, so get your order in now! Your ticket provides you entry into the venue plus your initial wine drink and all the food offerings. Additional wine by the glass or bottle at venue pricing will be available for on or off premise consumption. Soft drinks will be available for purchase, too, and complimentary water is provided. As always, this event offers significant support to the Chapter scholarship fund that has awarded over $60,000 in the last five years to local area students who attend The University in Austin, thanks to donations from alums and fans in our tri-county area.
