Watercolor Pumpkins Art Demonstration

Join us at the Highland Arts Guild for a free watercolor demonstration lead by Evelyn Acosta-Cone. She will show her techniques on creating her well known fall pumpkins with watercolor on Thursday, October 16th. About the Instructor: Evelyn Acosta-Cone began her life in Puerto Rico before moving to the United States with her family as a young child. She has been creating art ever since she could hold a paintbrush, later earning a B.A. in Education and Art from the University of Miami and CSUN. After retiring from the corporate world, Evelyn began pursuing her art more seriously. While experienced in oils, she discovered her true passion in watercolors. Influenced by artists such as Aldo Favilli and Ruby Agnew Martin, she refined her skills and found success in the medium. Now settled in the Texas Hill Country, she draws inspiration from its beauty every day.
