Hiring, training, and managing staff,  Employee shall also be required to meet economic metrics set by the Company, including but not limited to EBITDA, percentage of food cost, and percentage of labor cost.

 Scheduling and workforce management.

 Inventory management and ordering supplies.

 Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

 Financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and sales performance.

 Customer service management.

 Conducting performance reviews and overseeing employee discipline and termination.
