Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team! The Bartender will be responsible for crafting memorable drink experiences, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere at the bar. If you’re passionate about mixology, enjoy engaging with guests, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and dining area.

• Create classic and innovative cocktails in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.

• Engage with guests to create a welcoming and lively environment.

• Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system.

• Check guests' identification to ensure they meet legal drinking age requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware.

• Manage cash and credit transactions responsibly.

• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.

• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior bartending experience preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate!

• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time
