Location: Retreat Ranch – Marble Falls, TX
Hours: 12-18 hours per week*
Schedule: Primarily Thursday–Saturday(weekend availability required). Sundays optional. Occasional weekday shifts as needed.

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, warm, detail-obsessed Guest Relations Associate to help create an exceptional experience for our retreat guests from arrival to departure.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job. You’ll be moving, inspecting, greeting, organizing, folding, stocking, and making sure every corner of the property reflects the high standard we’re known for.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Arrival & Experience
    • Conduct full property walk-through inspections prior to guest arrival
    • Ensure accommodations, common spaces, and amenities are guest-ready
    • Greet and check in all guests with warmth and professionalism
    • Answer guest questions and provide on-site support throughout their stay

On-Site Boutique & Retail
    • Manage boutique store during guest stays
    • Process guest purchases (POS system)
    • Monitor, organize, and track inventory
    • Restock and maintain clean, visually appealing retail displays

Property Upkeep During Stay
    • Wash, fold, and restock pool towels 
    • Wipe down tables and shared surfaces 
    • Tidy common areas Keep boutique/store clean and organized
    • Assist with light operational tasks as needed

Administrative Support
    • Must be comfortable with computer work including spreadsheets, miscellaneous tasks as well as social media posting/managing
    • Inventory tracking
    • Light reporting and communication tasks and miscellaneous computer projects during shift 


Skills & Qualifications
    • Strong attention to detail (you notice what others miss)
    • Warm, confident, and professional communication skills
    • Hospitality mindset - you genuinely enjoy serving guests
    • Ability to work independently without constant direction
    • Organized and systems-oriented
    • Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS software
    • Physically able to walk the property, carry towels, and stay active during shifts
    • Reliable transportation
    • Must be dependable and punctual
    • Weekend availability required (Thursday–Saturday)*
    • Must also be computer literate and social media savvy.

      *There are a handful of weeks throughout the year with no retreats and generally those weeks do not have hours or minimal hours. Typically a couple weeks in July, August and December.
