Guest Service Agent
Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and professional Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face of our property. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service to our guests from check-in to check-out, ensuring a memorable experience every step of the way. If you love creating positive guest interactions and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Operate the on-site gift shop, including assisting customers with purchases, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean shop environment.
Provide information about property amenities and services.
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and gift shop area.
Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Proficient in basic computer skills
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and passion for creating great guest experiences.
