Highland Lakes Landscape Management is hiring a landscape maintenance lead position. You will be responsible for running a residential and commercial maintenance route.

We are looking for an individual who is looking for a career in the landscape realm with room to grow with us!

Monday thru Friday 8 am - 4 pm would be the estimated schedule each week. 3 days each week would be dedicated to the maintenance route which would include mow, edge, blow, weed control, trimmings, etc. The other 2 days each week would be dedicated to additional services such as trimmings, planting, mulching, cleanups, etc. Some Saturday work may be offered, but not required.

Must have a valid drivers license.

Work truck usage or vehicle allowance ($) will be negotiated upon hiring.

Starting pay offered is from $20-$25/ hour based on experience and capabilities. This is a fast paced job and can be very labor intensive at times.
