Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Crew Member to help keep our property running smoothly and safely. In this role, you’ll assist with general maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and grounds. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

• Conduct regular inspections of property grounds, buildings, and equipment.

• Address maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Assist with landscaping, groundskeeping, and general outdoor property care.

• Monitor and maintain inventory of tools and supplies.

• Ensure all equipment is in safe, working condition and report any concerns.

• Work closely with management and other departments to support guest satisfaction.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Assist with seasonal projects and emergency repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred, but not required.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.

• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Capable of lifting up to [X] lbs and performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and on-call shifts.
