Ryan Homes is seeking a Selections Coordinator to be part of our energetic homebuilding team.  The Selections Coordinator is responsible for helping clients, interior designers, and project managers select, order, and receive the finish selections needed to complete one-of-a-kind custom homes.  These selections include plumbing and lighting fixtures, paint colors, hardware, flooring, appliances, etc.

Duties include administration items such as answering the phones and updating schedules, website, etc. along with construction based tasks such as visiting sites to review specification with subcontractors, conduct meeting between clients and subcontractors.  The selection coordinator must be an adaptable team player who is willing to take on additional tasks to help the team accomplish its goals in an efficient manner.

The ideal applicant is highly organized, proactive and able to multitask in order to meet deadlines and keep projects moving forward smoothly.  The selections coordinator works closely with clients and must have excellent customer service as well as good problem solving and communication skills.
