Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join our team! As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.

• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and with attention to detail.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers.

• Follow all health and safety regulations.

• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.

• Process payments accurately and responsibly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred, but not required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods of times
