Flat Creek Estate and Winery, is looking for an energetic, professional to join our to join our team in the Estate Bistro and outside Pavilion. We are located at 24912 Singleton Bend E, Marble Falls, just 6 miles from Lago Vista. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged with industry experience and wine knowledge. Willing to learn and grow with the company. The environment is fun, upscale, and social, with lots of engagement with guests about wine, travel and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Gaining knowledge on food and wine pairings
• Restaurant and food service experience
• Focusing on wine sales
• Talking about the wine club
• Presenting the menu
• Delivering a great customer experience

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational skills
• Some wine knowledge and willingness to learn
• Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter a plus
