Judge Jones presided on the 33rd Judicial District Court bench for 16 years and commenced mediating immediately after retirement in December, 2012. He mediates all kinds of disputes including business organizations and breakups, divorce and family matters, estates and trust issues, contested probates, real estate contracts and construction, consumers, debtor-creditor, juvenile and criminal offender/victim, real property issues (partitions, HOAs, easements, titles), and injuries. He is also available for single arbiter arbitrations and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
